Twins' late runs topple Pirates

BRADENTON -- The Twins scored five times in the seventh and eighth innings to knock off the Pirates 6-2 Wednesday at Pirate City.
The Southern Division leaders took a 3-2 lead in the top of the seventh on a two-run double by Andy Schmiesing.
Jon Waltenbury's two-run home run highlighted a three-run eighth.
In Fort Myers, the second-place Orioles picked up a 4-2 victory over the Red Sox.
The Orioles broke a 1-1 tie with two runs in the top of the fourth, one on a RBI single by Nicholas Ray.
Ricardo Burgos homered for the Red Sox.
Orioles starter Cole McCurry allowed one run on three hits over six innings.
