Pirates roll over Orioles

BRADENTON -- Daniel Bomback and Thomas Hagan each drove in a pair of runs during a four-run sixth inning that helped lift the Pirates over the Orioles 13-5 Monday afternoon at Pirate City.
The inning opened with three straight walks before Bomback doubled for the first two runs. Hagan followed with a two-run triple.
Reliever Emanuel Marte picked up the win, allowing one run on two hits over four innings. He walked one and struck out one.
John FitzPatrick had three hits, including two doubles, with two RBI for the Pirates.
The Orioles' Calvin Lester went 3-for-5 with two doubles.
In Fort Myers, the Red Sox hammered the Reds 12-5 at the Red Sox complex.
Right-hander Emilis Guerrero tossed four shutout innings, allowing three hits, one walk and striking out four.
Mitch Dening led the offense with four RBI on a triple and a double.
Reds catcher Jordan Wideman went 4-for-5.
