Twins rough up Pirates, 12-3

BRADENTON -- Juan Richardson hit a three-run home run and Ken Harvey added a two-run blast as the Twins captured a 12-3 victory over the Pirates at Pirate City on Monday.
For the Pirates, Ciro Rosero hit a three-run homer in the ninth inning.
The Twins bunched their scoring into three innings -- a five-run second, four-run sixth, and three-run eighth.
Winner Santos Arias allowed no runs on one hit over six innings. He had no walks and struck out two.
In Fort Myers, the Orioles pushed across five runs in the top of the ninth inning to beat the Red Sox 8-4.
Justin Martin had a solo home run and two other hits, finishing with two RBI. Robert Vasquez had two hits, including a two-RBI single in the ninth.
Lee Ellis and Rodolfo Cardona each had two hits.
Darren Blocker had a two-run homer for the Red Sox, and Engel Beltre added a triple and a single.
